J&rsquo;avais d\u00c3\u00a9j\u00c3\u00a0 dans d&rsquo;autres billets <a href=\"http:\/\/poncier.org\/blog\/?p=1200\" target=\"_blank\">ici<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/poncier.org\/blog\/?p=657\" target=\"_blank\">ici<\/a> propos\u00c3\u00a9 des retours d&rsquo;exp\u00c3\u00a9rience de r\u00c3\u00a9seaux sociaux, ou intranet 2.0 dans des entreprises fran\u00c3\u00a7aises.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les intervenants, <a href=\"twitter.com\/flapinta\" target=\"_blank\">Franck La Pinta<\/a> m&rsquo;a fait l&rsquo;amiti\u00c3\u00a9 de me laisser publier sa pr\u00c3\u00a9sentation. Cette pr\u00c3\u00a9sentation porte sur le r\u00c3\u00a9seau social interne de la communaut\u00c3\u00a9 RH de la Soci\u00c3\u00a9t\u00c3\u00a9 G\u00c3\u00a9n\u00c3\u00a9ral Sharing G.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Deux mots tout d&rsquo;abord sur Franc La Pinta qui a pour responsabilit\u00c3\u00a9 \u00c3\u00a0 la\u00c2\u00a0Soci\u00c3\u00a9t\u00c3\u00a9 G\u00c3\u00a9n\u00c3\u00a9rale de d\u00c3\u00a9velopper le marketing des ressources humaines et construire l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122image employeur du Groupe, notamment via les nouveaux m\u00c3\u00a9dias (r\u00c3\u00a9seaux sociaux, RH2.0). Si vous vous int\u00c3\u00a9ressez \u00c3\u00a0 la probl\u00c3\u00a9matique de la marque employeur sur les r\u00c3\u00a9seaux, vous en pouvez pas ne pas avoir entendu parler de lui, c&rsquo;est une r\u00c3\u00a9f\u00c3\u00a9rence. Mais pour changer, Franck a abord\u00c3\u00a9 un autre sujet, celui de la communaut\u00c3\u00a9 interne des RH de la SG.
