Open innovation and crowdsourcing

During decades, innovation has been a locked in process within organizations. In Europe, more and more enterprises are looking for new innovation field to overtake the crisis. If there is a long time that US enterprises like Starbuck or General Electric are crowdsourcing oriented, it’s less common here in Europe (even if examples exist like Daimler or Tchibo)….

Organizations face four major challenges concerning enterprise social network

A new challenge for this blog, a weekly english post (failed twice in the past but as Confucius said : « The greatest glory isn’t in never falling but  to rise up in every fall »). Why, cause now I am  EMEA Social Business Director at MSLGROUP, and to evangelize my international peers, english fits better than french. Management 2.0 : gérer la participation dans les communautés d’entreprise

Comme vous le savez sans doute hier et avant hier s’est déroulé à Francfort l’Enterprise 2.0 summit, sans doute la plus grande conférence européenne autour de l’Entreprise 2.0.

Je ne vais pas revenir ici sur l’ensemble de la conférence, j’y reviendrais plus tard dans un autre billet, mais plutôt vous faire partager ma présentation pour les sessions experts intitulée : Managing the Participation for Enterprise 2.0

Bien qu’en langue anglaise (elle est surtout imagée), elle est largement compréhensible pour les francophones.
