Social business is dead, really ?

At the end of last year many blog post was about the end of social business like this one on Brian Solis’blog titled social business is dead which suggests that  collaboration, social, whatever word is already outdated for business. It should therefore provide a new buzzword. No offense to my colleagues  from agencies, the real need is still present even if the concept is not as marketing they would like.

Become a digital company

atelier-post-digital-era The new 2013 study from MIT Sloan management review about digitalization is online. 78% of the respondants (1559 persons in 106 countries) think that achieving a digital transformation is critical. Digital means as well management, business model, not just conversation on plateform, internal or external. There is still a long road.

Even if I share some points with my friend Cécile, I think some points needs to be highlight. I know Cécile Demailly and I had some esteem for her professional abilities and she knows what is involved in organization transformation and the change management required.
